Multi-channel unified inbox

The unified inbox aggregates conversations from every connected WhatsApp Business account, Facebook Messenger Page and Instagram Business account. A colour-coded conversation list shows contact, channel, last-message preview and unread counts; the thread view renders speech bubbles, day separators and sent/delivered/read ticks.

Gateway management

Partner management

A central registry of client organisations with environment, status, auto-generated API keys, webhook URLs, balances and credit. Assign gateways and suspend instantly.

Prepaid billing engine

Per-partner balances decremented on every send, with credit limits as a safety net, atomic deductions, refunds, adjustments and a full payment history.

REST API for partners

Role-based access control
