How prepaid billing works
Inno Message uses a prepaid balance model. Each partner has a balance that's decremented on every successful send. Top up balances on demand, and set a credit limit as a safety net — when the balance and credit are exhausted, the API returns a clean 402 insufficient_balance response before any cost is incurred.

How does messaging pricing work?
Messaging uses a prepaid balance that is deducted per message based on the channel and your provider rates. Administrators top up balances and set optional credit limits as a safety buffer.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Inno Message deploys on standard PHP 8+ / MySQL hosting in about 30 minutes. Implementation support is included with Growth and Enterprise plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans are flexible — start on Starter and move to Growth or Enterprise as your partner count and volume grow.
Do you offer custom proposals?
Yes. For agencies, resellers and enterprises we provide custom pricing based on team size, partner count and message volume. Request a proposal and we will tailor it.
